Easy Hike to Elleguolbba

Elleguolbba trail (Ellinpolku) is only a short drive from Utsjoki village, located on ancient hunting grounds. On Elleguolbba trail, there is one small hill, but otherwise the 4 km trail is very easy to walk and follow. A beautiful scenery opens very soon after the start to the Norwegian fells across Teno River. The trail goes in beautiful pine forest with berries and lichen growing on the ground. After 2 km, we will have a short break in an open wilderness hut by River Teno, listening to the silence and sounds of nature.

What is included: 2-3 hour guided hiking tour, transportation max 10 km from Utsjoki, small snacks, hot drinks.

What to bring: Backpack, water bottle of at least 1/2 litre, outdoor clothing and shoes according to temperature and weather conditions, warm jacket for breaks, snacks, toilet paper, bandage in case of blisters, personal medication if needed, phone with full battery. Pack waterproof if risk of rain.
